Fairplay Tennis Club provides an excellent atmosphere and the opportunity for tennis players from 12 years old to feel and sense the excitement of pro tennis while receiving a high performance training program and joining players from all around the world.
The fitness programs consist of :
Special exercises of general improvement in the gym, on the court but also in the pool .
The exercises focus on power, explosion , stamina but also on body muscle memory for tennis implementation.
Between every tennis practice & tennis fitness there is a 15 minute break with a light snack of fresh juice and toast/energy bar .
We also suggest a full ergometric test for each athlete, it must be done in the morning and we may replace a morning session, but this something to be discussed before the arrival .
All the meals are fresh and prepared just before every dinner/lunch and under the supervision of our nutritionist.
